2. Products & quotations
Product images, videos, specifications, and capacities published on this website are indicative and may change without notice as part of our continuous R&D. A formal quotation shared by our sales team — with model number, scope of supply, price, taxes, freight, and delivery schedule — alone constitutes our commercial offer. Website content by itself is not a binding offer.
3. Orders & payments
Orders are confirmed only against a written purchase order / proforma invoice and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Prices are typically quoted ex-factory Nagpur, with GST, packing, freight, and installation charged as applicable and mentioned in the quotation. Payment timelines stated in the quotation are binding; delays may revise the delivery schedule.
4. Delivery, installation & training
Delivery timelines are estimated from receipt of advance and technically clear order, and may vary with customisation and order load. We provide installation support and operator training as per the agreed scope. The buyer is responsible for site readiness — power, compressed air, foundation, material, and manpower — unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Warranty & after-sales support
Machines carry a standard warranty against manufacturing defects as stated in the quotation / invoice, excluding consumables, cutters, blades, belts, electrical damage from unstable supply, misuse, and unauthorised modification. Genuine spares, paid service visits, and annual maintenance support are available on request.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — logos, catalogue images, machine designs, videos, and text — is the property of Prashant Bamboo Machines Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from production outcomes, which depend on raw material quality, operator skill, maintenance, and site conditions. Our aggregate liability for a machine is limited to its basic price.
